We work hard to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible. Most retail orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Because we roast and ship our own coffee, not through a third-party fulfillment center, you'll receive coffee that's fresh and handled by our team from start to finish.

For wholesale orders, turnaround times may vary depending on order size, customization, or private-label packaging. Our team will provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

We are open for retail Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM and for wholesale from 8 AM to 4 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. However, you can find us at the Palafox Farmers Market on Saturdays!
