De Luna Coffee Roasters was built from scratch—no playbook, no shortcuts. Ed Lemox laid the foundation after more than a decade in the coffee industry, quietly turning this into a company that stood on consistency, not hype.

When Ed was ready to step back, we stepped in.

With a combined two decades of experience in the industry, Brett Lemox and the O’Brien family of Double O’s Coffee took over with the shared belief that coffee deserves more than middle-of-the-road brands and templated marketing. We didn’t just want to keep De Luna alive—we wanted to give it room to become something bigger.

We’re shaping something people are proud to be part of. Not just because the coffee hits but because the team behind it gives a damn. Because one day this won’t just be a coffee-roasting company. It'll be a community.

What We Do

Today, De Luna Coffee Roasters is more than a coffee roaster — we're a full-service distributor for cafes, restaurants, offices, and retailers across the country. We roast Grade 1, specialty-certified green coffee right here in Pensacola, and supply the syrups, teas, and beverage mixes that go alongside it, so businesses can order everything from one place instead of juggling multiple vendors.

We ship our own coffee ourselves — no third party handles it between our roastery and your door — and we back that up with the kind of service you'd expect from a family business: same-day responses, a real person on the phone, and free local delivery within 50 miles of Pensacola for businesses nearby.
