De Luna wasn't built off a franchise playbook. Ed Lemox laid the foundation after more than a decade in the coffee industry, building the company on consistency rather than hype. When Ed was ready to step back, Brett Lemox and the O'Brien family of Double O's Coffee — a combined two decades of industry experience between them — took over with one shared belief: Pensacola deserved a coffee brand with more substance than a templated marketing campaign.
